Hi! I’m Joe Rivera. I live and work in the hills of West Virginia. I have over 15 years in the telecommunications business with experience at the local, long distance, networking, and fiber optics levels.
I started this website to share with my fellow West Virginians and Appalachians, the ins and outs, some tips and tricks, PC advice from myself and others regarding computing over the internet from deep in the hill country.
Communicating and computing over the internet from the Appalachian frontier has its own set of issues. I hope I can be of some help to you.
